HOT CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE MOUSSE

Ingredients

1/4 cup 35% cream

1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek Yogurt)

1 1/4 cups hot chocolate mix

250g cream cheese (room temperature)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Cookies, crumbled (shortbread, or any store-bought cookies you have on hand)

Chocolate candies, to garnish

Instructions

To a mixing bowl add cream, sour cream, and hot chocolate mix. Use a hand mixer to beat together until smooth.

Add cream cheese and continue to beat until hot chocolate mix is fully dissolved.

Beat in vanilla extract and salt.

Add crushed cookies to bottom of a ramekin or small cup.

Top with cheesecake mousse mixture.

Garnish with chocolate candy just before serving.
