Easy Wonton and Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

3 cups vegetable broth

1 cup water

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tsp chopped ginger

¼ tsp dried chili flakes

1 ½ cups frozen stir-fry vegetable mix

10 frozen wontons

2 green onions thinly sliced

2 tsp sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour the vegetable broth and water into a medium, high sided skillet placed over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, ginger and chili flakes. Place a lid on the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the frozen wontons and simmer for 2min. Add the frozen vegetables and continue to cook for 5min until the wontons are cooked through.
  3. Garnish with green onions and sesame oil and serve.
