Easy Wonton and Vegetable Soup
3 cups vegetable broth
1 cup water
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp chopped ginger
¼ tsp dried chili flakes
1 ½ cups frozen stir-fry vegetable mix
10 frozen wontons
2 green onions thinly sliced
2 tsp sesame oil
- Pour the vegetable broth and water into a medium, high sided skillet placed over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, ginger and chili flakes. Place a lid on the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Add the frozen wontons and simmer for 2min. Add the frozen vegetables and continue to cook for 5min until the wontons are cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame oil and serve.
