Feb 7, 2018

This is the kind of snack that instantly elevates your appetizer game without any stress. These Easy Marinated Olives are quick to make, totally delicious, and perfect for holiday entertaining or your next happy hour at home. Warming the olives brings out their richness and helps the citrus and herbs infuse beautifully. Just toss everything into a pan and in under 10 minutes, you’ve got a salty-savoury bite that pairs perfectly with a cocktail.

Whether you serve them warm, room temp, or straight from the fridge the next day, they’re a make-ahead appetizer you’ll come back to over and over.

Why You’ll Love These Olives

  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon Club House Greek Signature Blend
  • 2 wide strips orange zest (about ½ inch each)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Method

  1. Place a medium pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the olives, roasted red peppers, canola oil, Greek seasoning, orange zest, and orange juice.
  3. Stir gently and cook for about 6 minutes, until the olives are warmed through and fragrant.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.

Andrea’s Tip

These olives are also delicious cold or at room temperature. Store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days—just bring them to room temp or give them a quick warm-up before serving if you like.
