1/2 cup softened cream cheese

1/4 cup diced pickles (full sours are preferred)

12 teaspoons dill pickle brine

⅛ teaspoon onion powder

Dash of tabasco sauce

Green onion, sliced (for garnish)


  1. To a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, pickles, dill pickle brine, onion powder, and a dash of tabasco. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Spread mixture generously on your favorite toasted bagel.
  3. Garnish with sliced green onions.
