Cold Brew Tea

RECIPES0 comments

Use any kind of tea you like, but loose leaf usually gives a better-tasting cup of tea. Black tea, green tea, oolong and herbal are all great choices. Use one flavour or a combo—try 1/3 black tea and 2/3 herbal.

INGREDIENTS

2 (heaping) tbsp loose leaf tea (or 4 bags)

4 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place tea in a glass jar; pour in water.
  2. Let steep at room temperature 4 to 8hrs.
  3. Strain tea out using a fine mesh sieve. Store cold brew tea in the fridge up to two weeks.
