Amaro Frosé

Ingredients

750ml rosé 

90 ml fresh lemon juice

90 ml simple syrup

150ml Amara Montenegro

2 cups sliced, frozen strawberries

Fresh strawberries to garnish

Instructions

1. Pour the rosé and lemon juice into a large ziploc bag. Remove as much air as possible from the bag and seal.  Lay flat in the freezer.  Freeze for 24 hours.

2. To a blender add the simple syrup, Amaro, strawberries and the frozen rosé mixture.  Blend on low until the ingredients into a slushy like consistency.  Serve in coup glasses garnished with a fresh strawberry. 

Notes

Tip: Choose an economical,  dry, fruit forward rosé.
